Walking on water is unavailable for men, but running on water is not. And it is not a miracle, but a matter of technique, which is proved by a new record of a Buddhist monk Shi Lilyan.

The monk who studied martial arts in the monastery of South Shaolin has overcome the water a distance of 125 meters. During the race, he was stepping on boards, which floated on the surface. Kung fu master calls this technique «flight over the water». In order not to fail, you must be perfect in keeping balance and absolutely confident in your abilities.

Lilyan mastered his unique skills gradually, starting with a 18-meter «jogging» in 2009, and now wants to surpass himself and to run 150 meters.
