At first the unusual phenomenon was noticed by the inhabitants of the city of Duluth and they immediately began to upload pictures of the misty wall in the social network, wondering whether this "something" is a sign of the approaching end of the world. However, meteorologists hastened to reassure them. It turned out that these walls tend to appear above the surface of the relatively warm water, not covered with ice, as a result of its evaporation. Recently, in the Lake District there was established frosty weather, but the ice cover was not formed. Most often this can be seen in the Arctic and Antarctic.
