Great Barrier Reef Sounds Are on Web

A new interactive website will allow to make a journey into the world of corals, to see them through the eyes of marine life, and even to hear how they sound.

Great Barrier Reef Sounds Available Online

The website was created by David Attenborough, the famous broadcaster and author of documentaries about nature. With the help of multimedia technology, visitors can learn how the world is seen by the underwater mantis shrimp, and listen to what sounds are emitted by parrot fish and shrimp. Time lapse videos will show how the corals grow and lose color, how the climate is changing, and how it affects the state of the reef. And, of course, on the site you can admire the most beautiful underwater scenery.
